The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

It is a fully renovated traditional Greek cottage with an outdoor terrace at the front door in a cozy street. On the ground floor is the separate toilet room with washing machine, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the lounge area with sofa bed and a roof terrace.
