Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Das Ferienhaus ist auf unserem Grundstück in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nur ca. 10 min. Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Nichtraucherhaus ist für 2-3 Personen eingerichtet. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Küche (15 m2) und einem ebenso großen Bad im Erdgeschoss sowie einem kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum (35 m2) im Obergeschoss. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and grill.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

In the house there is one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen-living room with pull-out couch and one bathroom with shower. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach is well accessible by bicycle.
