The accommodation is modern and well equipped and what might brighten your stay is a large sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views. Since the house is located by the sea there is a private jetty to swim from. There is also a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Stugan ligger längst ut på en halvö och nås med bil. I närheten finns skeppsvarv, café och butik. Perfekta vistelsen för vattenaktiviteter, fiske, utforska naturen eller bara att koppla av. Trädgård med gräsmatta för spel och lek. Studsmatta finns. TV samt Wifi finns. Full tillgång till hela huset och tomt förutom förrådsbodar.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.
