The cottage is located at the far end of a peninsula and accessed by car. Nearby are shipyards, cafe and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Garden with grass lawn for games and play. Trampoline is available. TV and Wifi are available. Guest access Full access to the whole house and grounds except for storage stalls.

The upper floor is rented summertime in turn-of-the-century villa, newly renovated in the older style. The floor is about 140 sqm with its own entrance. Access to garden with several patios, the house is located at a smaller forest area with oaks. Walking distance to grocery store, the sea with boat harbor and city centre. Biking distance to surrounding nature and swimming areas. Also downstairs is rented out, there is a possibility to rent the entire house, then we open up between the apartments.

Modernt hus med alla bekvämligheter. Huset ligger i sydvästläge med viss havsutsikt. Stor altan på 90m2 med grill, vedeldad pizza ugn och bord för 6 personer. Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden (upp till ~4 personer). Huset ligger i en bokskog med stora träd inpå knuten. Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

In Byahuset you will stay with a view over Mörrumsån and 1 min walk down to pool 17 and 3 min to Laxens hus (Mörrum crown salmon fishing) and the center. The house is newly renovated with details like a combined washing machine/dryer, fireplace, workshop room as well as outdoor space. On the plot there is parking for three cars as well as patio overlooking the river
