En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

Boendet och omgivningarna var över förväntan! Boendet gjorde vistelsen till en magisk upplevelse då det fanns mycket att tillgå, grill, bastu och brygga! Allt man behövde fanns i stugan och våra barn hade en helt skärmfri vistelse, vilket var helt smärtfritt för oss föräldrar tack vare stugans faciliteter. Utsikten var otrolig och vi hade mycket tur med vädret. Värden var väldigt hjälpsam och höll god kommunikation. Vi kände oss välkomna och tillåtna att känna oss som hemma. Rekommenderar boendet starkt om man besöker Luleå och besöker vi Luleå igen hoppas vi på att vi är välkomna tillbaka till detta underbara boendet 🙏

Staying at Sarah and Philip's house was a pleasure. The house is very luxurious and conducive to rest and relaxation. The hosts take care of the guests' comfort on all levels: treating you with good snacks, for your child they will prepare toys, safety devices in contact sockets, protective barriers for the stairs. Books on various aspects of Sweden and leaflets related to the area's attractions were a great joy. The hosts were also always ready to contact us, and helped us to retrieve the keys we had left behind. I hope we will return to this cottage more often.

The cottage is exactly as described and set in beautiful surroundings. The grilling hut and sauna are great additions and really add to the experience, whilst the location allows for peaceful walks and an opportunity to see the northern lights when down by the frozen sea! The house is truly amazing : clean, big, really well equipped and well situated. The landlord is really nice and reactive, her instructions are cleared. We had a really good time renting this house, I would recommend it to everyone !
