The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

The Apartments in the mountains of BK are located in Karpacz, near the Wang church, the Alpine Coaster, the Kolorowa summer toboggan run and 150 m from the Gołębiewski hotel (aquapark, bowling alley, children's playroom and disco). The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
