The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. Adler House is a modern, fully equipped year-round house, created to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life. It is located on the Oder River, amidst meadows and forests, in the buffer zone of the Cedyński Landscape Park. This place offers peace, quiet, beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Perfect for families and groups of friends looking for relaxation and active recreation. Sauna and Jacuzzi are available all year round. The swimming pool is only available during the summer season (July - August).

Dyszno Las - a gatekeeper's house in the forest, 2 km from the lake

Dyszno Las is a charming railwayman's house on a dismantled railway line located in the heart of the forest, 2 km from the lake. The brick house, surrounded on all sides by forest, is located on a half-hectare, spacious plot. The house is rented exclusively. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs - an open space with two beds and a place to relax or play, and a bedroom. Dyszno Las is located in a remote area, and you can get to the nearest village - Dyszna - by a paved road.

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Grey House Miedwie

The house is located 150 meters from Lake Miedwie. Beautiful garden with a year-round hot tub. A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a master bedroom and 2 rooms. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
