Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.

Especially nights. All cooking equipment and hot drink machines you will reach at flat. Furniture are new and stylish. The position of the place is very strategic. Very close to bosphorus,3 big mall,watergarden etc. Not close only one place but also as strategic position easy react to everywhere.

Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms.

Diger bir nokta da carpici manzaraya ulasmak biraz zahmetli. Ev adanin ruhban okulu ve Istanbula bakan tepesinin yamacinda.
