Document no: 41-473 The house is for 6 persons. It is not suitable for events. We cannot accept our pet friends. The pool is not heated, not used except in summer. The house is heated by a combi boiler, there are radiators in every room Ataşehir 105 km, Ski centre 18 km, Sapanca Lake 8 km 3 separate 180 cm wide double beds in 3 ‘different features’ bedrooms Garden fireplace Barbecue Village oven Stove Wifi We kindly ask you to bring your own towels and slippers No smoking in the house

The heart of nature Chalet bungalow

A place away from the noise that nature lovers can choose for you to listen to yourself and your soul. I would especially like to mention that our house is the mountain location. Please book with attention to the location. The city center is a maximum of half an hour away. It is protected by a 24 hour camera. Phone networks are quite weak. Internet is connected by satellite, communication video, etc. There are two bungalows, the entrance parking is shared.

I Want to Relax

We tried to think about everything you might need to feel at home. The issue we act most sensitively to is cleaning. In addition to general cleaning, we disinfect our house with both ultraviolet light and high temperature steam in order to provide extra hygiene in today's conditions. We tried to color your environment with the furniture and accessories we produced ourselves. We took care to ensure naturalness and simplicity with wooden pieces.

Affordable Breakfast Included

the pool with Kartepe mountain view is 10 minutes away from Izmite, the pool is hot and covered, and there is a shaded lodge next to the summer. Our house has Wifi Netflix Fireplace Air Conditioning Garden Cinema BBQ and INCLUDES 13 DISHES BREAKFAST in the MORNING. There is a tea and coffee nescafe in our kitchen and is our treat. Although there is no house nearby, it is fully conservative surrounded by 2.5 meters of soundproofed panel walls.

We came from Istanbul and had a magnificent day with family children and friends in Terra house. First of all, the hosts, Mr. Salih and his wife are very valuable, kind and friendly people ; they welcomed us very warmly and answered our questions sincerely, their house was already one of the most beautiful villas I went to in terms of visual architecture and comfort, so I travel a lot because of my work; every corner was furnished with pleasure, the garden is very spacious , the pool has an incredibly warm and never cold system even under the rain. The children did not leave the pool, my daughter cried from the house when she left🫠; we would have liked to stay for at least 3 days if we did not have a time problem one day, we 🤍 now have a place for our next trip to Sapanca 🙏🏻

The house was extremely comfortable, clean and as it appeared in the very attentive photos. Especially the hot pool experience was very enjoyable. We felt at home in a quiet, peaceful environment. The host Mr. Fethi was very caring and hospitable, he explained every detail completely. He repeatedly stated that he could help with everything. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, we would definitely like to come again. Thanks again, Mr. Fethi :)

The location of the house is very good, it has a large terrace on the top floor with a view of the lake. The interior design is very nice, we did not encounter any problems with cleanliness. Ms. Ayla and her employee respond quickly and help in any case. An ideal place for a peaceful, nature-like, decent holiday.
