We spent two days/two nights there and it was a great experience. It was a very relaxing quiet and peaceful area. The home was beautiful and we had AC to adjust to the temperature we needed. The pool was warm and had a nice fountain and the jacuzzi was also very nice. They had plenty of seating options around the pool and a nice outdoor seating area for meals. They brought us our breakfast to the door and it was very nice. Everything was very clean neat and there was a fireplace and heated floors for when it got too cold as well. 10/10, thank you! 😊

The house is really great, the pool heat is very good, the temperature of the house is very good, you were given wood for the unlimited fireplace, etc. Mr. Nafiz is very interested, a very friendly person takes care of and resolves every problem right away, you will never regret renting this house, thank you very much for providing flexibility in the check-in and checkout times of the house:)

the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. When we first arrived, they greeted us from a point and brought us to the house. The area of the house is very quiet. There isn't anything inconvenient. The pool was very warm and clean despite January. We had fun in the pool because the right and left side of the house is empty land. It is very pleasant to wake up to the lake view from every floor of the house except the loft. The loft bedroom faces the right area of the house. It is amazing to have a balcony overlooking 2 sides of the house except for the roof and common area. Since each floor is a separate apartment, you can meet your kitchen and toilet needs on each floor without going down to the common area. It was pleasant to chat with a view of the lake in the loft. You can have a barbecue with a graded barbecue on the common area floor. You can bring board to the house to light a fire pit or a fireplace from the outside. There are many wooden places in the center of Maşukiye district. We arrange the day to go to the second. In short, I would like to thank Mr. Oğuzhan very much.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

We were five adults and two children, and we truly enjoyed the place. The host was very helpful and always available to support us whenever we needed anything. If I ever decide to visit Sapanca again, I will definitely book the same villa with the same respectful host.

it was perfect with everything. Thank you very much for the helpfulness and sincerity of Mr. Ömer. The house is much more beautiful than the photos, like a pool water spa, every corner is spotless. We did not miss any items or supplies. Everything was thought out down to the finest detail. We accommodated 11 people comfortably. The rooms and beds were spacious and clean. All safety precautions were taken, there is everything such as an alarm, fire systems, first aid closet. We will plan a visit again and for a longer period of time at the first opportunity. The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

One of the few times the house exceeded my expectations. It is better than the photos! The host’s attention to detail is excellent. Everything worked like clockwork (smart house). Everything you could think of was available and usable. The host made sure nothing was missing… The gardens are extra spacious and very well kept, the view was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, the BBQ was.. well, I’ll let the next guest be surprised 😉. What else can I say: the best AirBnb experience I’ve had so far! Get lots of food stuff and relax for a few days.. it is perfect for that

Excellent place and person

I came to spend a day with my friends. A much nicer place than the photos. Peaceful and very sheltered. Ms. Dilek was very caring. And thank you, too. We really enjoyed the heating of the pool. It was working smoothly. We had a lot of fun and 1 day was definitely not enough. I will definitely come back later.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house and the amazing host. The house was just as represented. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. The backyard was huge. A great place for kids and adults to roam and bike. The pool was immaculate. Cleaned often and perfect for the whole family. The kitty pool was great for the little ones who couldn’t swim and allowed the rest of us to be near them but also enjoy a swim. We held our family reunion here. Looked at many many places but ultimately this house had something for everyone. From my 4 year old to their grandmother. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t go out much we were so comfortable. Whenever we needed anything Hamit went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure it out. Even surprisingly us with bringing a couple items we had a hard time finding. Will definitely return. Thank you so much Hamit. You made our long awaited family reunion seamless and wonderful.
