Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Come and stay in beautiful Kåseberga. We rent out our charming guest apartment located in the middle of the village, with Ales around the corner and the harbor a stone's throw away. The newly renovated apartment with its own entrance is on two floors with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the entrance floor. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a connecting walk-through room. In the garden, there is a private, enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Valleberga fire station!

Here you live in a small, but spacious house with beautiful views of vast fields in the nice village of Valleberga. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be put together if desired. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room/study. The nearest beach is 10 km away, but the sea with the fishing village of Kåseberga is 5 km away. In the living room, there is a Futon 140x190 that serves as an extra bed.
