A 123 m² private villa nestled in a quiet forest overlooking white birch trees, offering a high-quality stay. In the stillness, the view of the white birch trees that fills the large window welcomes you like a painting. The beautiful contrast of the dappled sunlight, the white of the birch trees, and the green of the forest gently relaxes the mind. We designed it as an inn to get away from the bustle of the city and just soak up the "tranquility". The bathroom features "WABURO," a harmonious blend of cypress fragrance and beautiful tiles. Enjoy a luxurious bath time, surrendering to the free-flowing waters from the source spring. The interior has a Japanese modern interior that feels the warmth of natural materials. A spacious room that can accommodate up to 13 people, perfect for family trips, group vacations, and anniversaries. Enjoy coffee time or a BBQ while gazing at the white birch trees from the terrace, and spend quiet evenings in the forest under a sky full of stars. The forest scenery changes its expression with each season, and the cleanliness is unique to a new building. You can enjoy a comfortable stay for a hot spring trip, retreat, or workation with everyone.

This is a renovated 100-year-old traditional Japanese house located at the foot of the mountains by the sea in Nanaura, Echigo, available for rent as a whole. It's too simple to call it a traditional Japanese house, but it looks old and new. I hope you will remember this pleasant feeling as one of your travel memories. This is the Mase coast in Nishikan-ku, Niigata City (formerly Iwamuro Village). 25 minutes by car from Hokurikudo Makari IC and 35 minutes from Sanjo Tsubame IC.The horizon of Echigo Nanaura stretches out below. A morning walk on a deserted beach. A hiking trail that feels like you're in the world of Studio Ghibli. There are cafes in the mountains, far from the city, nearby, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also purchase a bento box from a well-known restaurant in Iwamuro Onsen and spend a relaxing time.
