It is a five-minute car ride from the main town and port of Mirina; and only 1,5 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis. Big windows, the location and the high altitude of the village allows the house to always have a fresh climate. Quiet terrace with panoramic views onto the hills. Traditional Limnos house. Accommodates 4 people, perfect for a family. The house is in the beautiful and quiet location of Aghios Ioannis beach. Outside, there is a patio and a balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the sunset with a relaxing drink or snack. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach (75m.), 10 min drive from the city centre of Mirina and a 20 min drive from the airport. Car hire is advisable in order to enjoy the island and private parking is outside the house.

Following the provincial road from Myrina to Kaspaka, at a distance of 4 km from Myrina, you will come across a cement road that goes up diagonally to the right. At 200m, on the left, is the entrance to the accommodation. After entering the property, straight ahead, there is a private parking area.
