The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. The property is located in a new building that stands on our property. The newly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment can be reached via a few steps. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and fridge with freezer compartment. A coffee pod machine is also provided. In the living area there is a sofa bed, the lying surface is 140 x 200 cm.

Small, clear, ground-level two-room apartment in a really central location of Eutin. The relatively well-established, small front garden of the house may be used. The Baltic Sea to the beach is about 15 minutes by car.
