Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

My Traditional Croatian Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Book beautiful Seafront Villa The View in Kastela Riviera near the city of Split for your next dream vacation in Croatia. This modern vacation house sits on a plot of 800 m2 of which 210 m2 is living space.The entire villa is oriented towards the south so you can enjoy sunshine all day. Sea is just 1 meter and the nearest beach is some 400 meters away. Towns Split and Trogir are a 10-15 minute drive from the villa and they are an excellent choice for a day trip.
