Villa holiday rentals in Kaštel Gomilica

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Niemand kann auf das Grundstück sehen. Der Pool ist herrlich! Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und gross. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat ein en-suit Badezimmer. Check-in und -out war sehr einfach. Die Küche ist etwas düster und ich möchte nicht täglich da kochen. Aber mit den vielen Restaurants nicht nötig. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, was toll ist! Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist sehr düster und wir haben es daher nicht genutzt. Einige Sachen müssten repariert werden, Deckenleuchten gehen nicht, WC-Spülung defekt. Was wichtig ist zu wissen, es hat viele Stufen zum Haus, wo das Gepäck hochgetragen werden muss. Das Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung und wir würden es wieder buchen!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

We love outside living and Tina's place had it all, lovely pool and beds, the garden had abundance of fruit/olive trees and so well kept. We didn't use the large BBQ oven but it was impressive. Inside the house was pristine clean. We got used to the walk up the hill from the harbor (we needed some exercise after reading books all day). Bus to Split and Trogir was easy. We got Uber back from both - not expensive. We didn't have to contact Tina at all which is a compliment in itself. We wanted a chill out and got one. Thanks Tina

Absolutely brilliant Villa could not have asked for better hosts Bosko brought round a tray of beautiful pastries from his daughter conformation which was a lovely touch Ana organised a driver for our airport pick up and drop off he was brilliant and organised our trip to the national park which was mind blowing he was so informative and polite Kaštel Stari the small town was amazing and everything was so close by the whole holiday was faultless 10/10 there was 6 well traveled adults on the holiday and all said Croatia is the most amazing place they have ever visited we will be definitely be back

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Toller Blick auf Berge und Meer und ein sehr großer Pool, super zum schwimmen. Marko war ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps gab, sehr schnell bei Fragen reagierte und uns auch noch kurzfristig eine extra Nacht in der Unterkunft schlafen ließ, als unser Flug ausfiel. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Best host ever!

Our stay was incredible! Beautiful villa. Incredibly clean and spacious. Amazing views and had everything we needed inside. Would highly recommended!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Silvija gave us recommendations at the start of our stay and they did not disappoint. Great location with cheap ubers to the city centre.

We were a party of 12 and found the accommodation to be exactly as described. The host was very welcoming even after our flight was delayed several times he met us late at night at the door to welcome us and help with the luggage and provide a platter of cheese and prosciutto while we chatted about his recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. He also met us at checkout to again assist with luggage. The house had everything we needed. Our group enjoyed sitting outside on the upper patio and the close proximity to old town.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer Tochter in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet (genügend Handtücher etc.) und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Villa hat super Meerblick und es gibt einen einfachen Zugang zum Meer. Nachts konnte man auch das Meer hören. Unsere Tochter hat den beheizten Pool und den Jacuzzi sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann einfach entspannen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles war super und perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Ivana war super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und wirklich hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im Sommer definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Meer und die umliegenden Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einen Supermarkt gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein super schönes Haus und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und alles lief reibungslos! Der Kontakt mit Mirela war immer sehr freundlich und es wurde meist innerhalb der nächsten 5 Minuten geantwortet. Alles war sehr sauber und für 5 Personen war mehr als ausreichend Platz. Ich würde allerdings niemandem empfehlen direkt an Ostern anzureisen, da in Kroatien auch viele Restaurants geschlossen haben. Hier haben wir allerdings ein paar sehr gute Empfehlungen von Mirela erhalten. Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man ein paar fehlende Küchengeräte nennen. Aber man konnte natürlich auch ohne Toaster und Mikrowelle super dort kochen. Ich kann "The Cube" auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen! :)

We had the best stay! House was perfect. We loved the porch and views from porch. It's just a 5 minute walk to Old Town, but far enough away to appreciate the local neighbors and walkways. Great restaurants just down the steps from the apartment. Filip was very responsive and helped organize anything we asked for - private chef, private walking tour. Would definitely stay here again! Huge benefit - close dedicated parking spot steps from home.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Amazing place, all you need if you are a big group, location is perfect too. Will definitely be coming back 👍

Nous remercions chaleureusement nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Le logement etait un vrai havre de paix. Nous le recommandons sans hesiter.

Veldig fint hus. Uteområdet var litt lite etter min mening men fortsatt fint. Bassenget har en grei størrelse men kunne vært litt dypere. Utsikten er helt ok. Har 2 hus sånn halvveis inn i utsikten, som ødelegger litt men ellers er det flott. Verten var veldig hyggelig, svarer kjapt og var veldig behjelpelige. Lokasjonen var fin med tanke på avstand fra Split, flyplass og Trogir, men litt langt oppe i åsen, og kronglete vei å komme seg opp. Ca 15 minutter i bil til både flyplass og Split. Veldig rent og pent hus, noe slitasje på møbler men ikke noe å bemerke seg. God plass i huset, vi var 7 pax og syntes det var romslig å fint.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Split grâce à ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore. La maison est très bien équipée, propre, fonctionnelle et idéale pour un groupe. La piscine et le jacuzzi offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Karlo a été très réactif pour la réservation et de très bon conseil en nous proposant de belles adresses. Son père nous a également accueillis chaleureusement sur place. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande à 100 % !

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und durch Gym, Pool und Parkplatz, war alles abgedeckt. Man braucht unbedingt Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Slaven war reibungslos, er hat schnell reagiert und war hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Die Villa war an sich sehr schön. Der Pool war riesig, jedoch ist keiner gekommen um es zumindest einmal sauber zu machen. Die Beheizung dauerte ewig. Mit zwei Kleinkindern war es deshalb etwas schwierig konnten kaum in den Pool. Aber war eher wetterbedingt das die beheizung so lange gedauert hat. Kommunikation war perfekt immer schnell erreichbar wenn probleme aufgetreten sind. Bisschen mehr an Küchenmaterial wäre gut. Im ganzen hat es uns aber sehr spaß gemacht. :)

Wow, a fantastic villa that was exactly as described. Beautifully presented and immaculately clean, it was great for our group of 10. Kristina and husband (the hosts) greeted us on arrival and was great at explaining how everything worked in the villa, she was happy to help with advice for the local amenities and restaurants. Kristina dropped in to clean the hot tub and pool but it never felt like we were being checked up on as she is so friendly. The villa gave us space to relax and enjoy the pool, hot tub, table tennis and outdoor kitchen, it was a great base for days out visiting the stunning Croatia coastline. For one evening we used a personal chef that came to the villa and served a a great selection of locally produced food for a birthday celebration. Martin has worked at the villa previously so knew his way around the kitchen and left it spotlessly clean afterwards. Would happily recommend Kristina and husband and their villa and would happily stay there again. 5⭐️
