This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Anita's flat is located in the heart of Split—close to the ferry and old town. Despite being in a central location, the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat is really stylish and well equipped - a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing! It has everything you need from air conditioning to a washing machine. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for our morning coffee. A peaceful, convenient place to stay—we’d happily return!

We can not recommend Majda’s place enough! It’s a true hidden gem. Majda and her family are such wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome right from the start. The place is perfectly located and offers incredible views from the balcony - we loved watching the sunsets. If you are thinking of booking a stay with Majda, wait no longer and just do it! We’ll definitely be back :)

Very well presented, modern apartments. We travelled as group of 13 and we had 3 apartments at our disposal, that had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of balconies to sit on. Kaja was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive host. Lovely beaches short walk away. Bakery and shop nearby. Good communication links to Trogir and Split. Just a bit noisy at times with planes taking off from the nearby Split airport. Definitely would stay again if we ever visit this region again.

After a warm welcome by Cvita's parents, we moved into the apartment with a wonderful roof terrace. The view was fantastic. We were wonderfully cared for. We were met with so much warmth that we felt right at home. It was a good starting point for various activities for us. We really enjoyed the vacation and would definitely be back.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

Very clean accommodation and as described. Super nice decor, garden and terrace. Halfway between Trogir and Split. The bus stop is next door, which is very convenient. The village is quiet and relaxing. Tranquility is the word that characterizes it. Everything is close by. Thank you for everything, Frankica.

We arrived quite late in the night but everything was well arranged for our arrival. Katjia even left us some snacks in the fridge! The house itself feels very cozy. There is quite a big selection of spices and kitchen tools. Funny thing is that there are so many places to sit/lay in the garden. You can soak up the sun 70% of the day depending on where you sit. We encountered a few issues (unforeseen) and these were addressed in a very short timespan. Katjia responds very fast via the chat. Would definitely recommend this lovely house!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

I recommend without hesitation. Spacious apartment, very well equipped and large terrace between Split and Trogir. Sandra is very charming. A plus, the garden vegetables.

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation! Air conditioning in each room, fully equipped kitchen, clean dishwasher, a large balcony where we liked to have breakfast and dinner. I can gladly recommend it. Marko was a very friendly host, and we had no questions and no problems. The location is particularly suitable for families, it was our second vacation in Kaštela. Quiet beaches with shallow entry, showers, rentals. A little further on you will find the old town and restaurants. In 15 minutes you can reach Trogir, in 30 minutes Split, you can have a nice afternoon trip.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
