Apartment holiday rentals in Kaštel Novi

We were a group of 6 and stayed for 2 nights. Very clean and comfortable. 10/10. The only recommendation is that the check-in instruction could have been more clear as we didn't know if there is a passcode or the host will hand us the key. Some other notes for more clarity which were not included in the listing at the time of our booking: This unit is on the 2nd floor and the host lives on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, this unit shares a foyer with another single room which is rented separately. lastly, the listing is clear on the distance of the unit to Split old town, just to give others an idea the uber van would cost you~€56.

We loved our stay here. The views were amazing the hosts were lovely and we had the best time. The apartment was amazing with anything you could need. Ante gave us lots of advice and recommendations and we had the most lovely and peaceful holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you very much.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gaby's apartment and highly recommend it to other travelers. The apartment itself was modern, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We appreciated that it was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and easy. The highlight for us was definitely the glorious pool area, a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to both the vibrant city of Split and the charming town of Trogir. Plus, the short walk down to the beach was a real bonus. Kristina was an exceptional host – so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next visit!

Angela's accommodation is really very nice: very well decorated, super comfortable bedding, private terrace perfect for end-of-day aperitifs. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and nearby businesses. The place is even bigger than it appears in the pictures! Angela is really a great host: always very responsive, fresh products in the fridge on arrival, grapes offered during the stay; Angela is very nice and attentive. Only one negative point for me: the accommodation is really very poorly insulated. Of course we hear the planes, but they don't fly at night and by taking a place so close to the airport we suspected it. On the other hand, you can absolutely hear everything that's going on in the apartment above. As a result, my children had difficulty falling asleep with the sound of children running or screaming until late at night.

I am extremely glad that I chose to stay at Anita's place. Anita and her family are very nice and welcoming people. The place is very nice, clean, peaceful and feels safe. During our 5 nights stay, they also offered us home grown organic tomatoes, cucumbers and home brewed liquor which we enjoyed a lot. We recommend this place to everyone if you are thinking of staying in Kastel.

It was a great place to stay for a night near the beach and the airport. Everything was easily accessible. Glad to come back :)

A nice and clean apartment with parking spots in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped it’s got everything you need. The host was very welcoming and is responding quick to messages. All in all we had nice stay at the apartment.

The studio apartment is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The evenings I always enjoyed on the terrace after cooking my dinner. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking to the beach on a small road and several supermarkets around. Tomislav is a friendly host and the communication was always good.

Would definitely recommend this apartment it is beautiful and very clean. We were late getting in and Doris was very helpful in making our stay fantastic. Loved the place!

This is the place to be! Our stay was perfect - spent mornings drinking coffee out of mugs from our place right on the water that is a 30 second walk away. The town is right at your doorstep but it’s peaceful and quiet. Beaches are a 5 minute walk if you turn right, 10 minutes if you turn left! Lots of great restaurants nearby, a grocery store a 30 second walk away. Highly recommend the location and the apartment has everything you need inside - though I promise you won’t be spending much time inside with all that is surrounding you here! The bed is also super comfortable with very large and fluffy pillows. The host is super nice and super responsive to any questions or needs. We came by car and never had trouble finding free parking nearby. I hope we’ll be able to stay again :)

The location is great—super close to the airport, which made my travel really convenient. The place has air conditioning and a TV, plus all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for something practical and comfortable!:)

Unfortunately, we only spent 2 days in the apartment as we had taken it as a bridge. We couldn't have made a better decision. The apartment is in a super nice location, offers more than enough accessories in the kitchen. The other rooms are also very comfortably furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. The pool in the garden blew us away. The garden is also very clean and decorated with a lot of love and also equipped. Eugen's homegrown fruit and vegetables can also be found. The place is very clean and offers the possibilities for washing. The contact with Ana was impeccable, you could tell that it is important to her that the guests feel comfortable and are doing well. We would definitely recommend the apartment! The only criticism would be the mosquitoes, but there is also enough material provided to get this under control. We thank you for the 2 days, as well as the good communication with Ana.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

This was a cozy and clean space. The host was very responsive. I arrived late at night and just needed a place to sleep close to the airport. This was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
