Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

My family and I had such a lovely stay at Ivan’s apartment! Private pool, walkable to restaurants and the beach, clean apartment, super friendly host. Ivan’s parents were so welcoming, they gave us some food when we arrived, also some home grown vegetables during the week, and then pancakes at the end! Ivan was also on call whenever we needed him, no matter how big or small. Highly recommend Ivan’s apartment, and we hope to come again!

Het beste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest, prachtig uitzicht, prive geen storende buren of andersom, heerlijk zwembad pooltafel, het huis bijna te goed omdat je er niet weg wilde zo lekker. Verder niet in de beschrijving aangegeven maar geweldig vriendelijke ezel die van appeltjes houdt en heerlijk geaaid wil worden. Mago (de ezel) zijn we helemaal bevriend mee geworden en elke keer als we weg gingen bij het huis kwam hij ons gedag zeggen. Enige min puntje is de laatse 300 meter is onverharde weg maar dat maakt helemaal niks uit nadat je op zo’n prachtige plek terug komt. Ik kom volgend jaar weer!!

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

The location was great: very close to Split airport and other attractions in the area. We "ubered" to see Mastrinka, the oldest olive tree in Croatia, and then to nearby Trogir. The hostess's dad was welcoming when we arrived; our departing flights were early in the morning and he took us to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ivan is a great host and he answered all my questions. Self check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. We prefered to park at the private parking lot at the main street that belongs to the house and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the house. In front of the house are two bars, so you can hear people talk and laugh, but if you close the windows it is really quiet. You should keep in mind, that the house is quite small and minimalistic, so there is not much space for your clothes and you'll probably leave your belongings in your suitcase. The rooftop is beautiful. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. In 1 minute you are at the ocean. In 4 minutes at the beach (stone beach). 10min by car is a LIDL (big supermarket). Great for doing trips to Trogir or Split. I would definitly book again! Thank you very much Ivan!

Eva/Susan, were wonderful! Despite being booked, she offered to store our luggage when we finished our 7 day boat tour of Croatia. Susan stored our bags from 10-2 and checked us in early. The apt had a GREAT kitchen with everything, coffee, tea, etc. Two bathrooms for our 5 ppl, one shower was tiny, but the other huge, so we used that. We left early to get our kidz to the airport and they let us store our bags until later. Only negative is no living room/couch/chairs to "hang out". The kitchen is big with a big table and maybe if it was sideways you could fit some comfy chairs and create a "living room". It's a short walk to AWESOME beaches for swimming (10 mins, lovely) and it's situated in a lovely neighborhood with fruit trees. Bring earplugs as it's in a very LOUD flight path because it's 6 mins from the airport. A big plus for those wanting proximity. The property is on a quiet street and is great but prepare for really loud planes, though totally worth it because so nice.

Wir verbrachten leider nur 2 Tage in der Wohnung, da wir sie als Überbrückung genommen hatten. Wir hätten uns nicht besser entscheiden können. Die Wohnung ist super schön gelegen, bietet mehr als ausreichend Zubehör in der Küche. Auch die anderen Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der im Garten liegende Pool hat uns umgehauen. Auch der Garten ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und auch ausgestattet. Eugen angebautes Obst und Gemüse gibt es auch zu finden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietet die Möglichkeiten zum waschen. Der Kontakt mit Ana war einwandfrei, man hat gemerkt, dass es ihr wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen und es ihnen gut geht. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Einziger Kritik Punkt wären die Mücken,dort wird aber auch genügend Material bereit gestellt, um dies unter Kontrolle zu bekommen. Wir bedanken uns für die 2 Tage, sowie die gute Kommunikation mit Ana.

Mia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert und wir durften sogar vor der Zeit in die Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön gestaltet. Ein Vorteil, der gerade in den Sommermonaten wichtig ist: Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl, da es sich um einen altes Steinhaus handelt. Uns hat es Anfang Juni super gefallen.

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Personen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Kristina. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab viele praktische Extras wie einen Grill, TV und jeder hatte genügend Platz. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – wir hatten viel Spaß und haben dort viel Zeit verbracht! Kristina war sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zudem hatten wir jederzeit das Gefühl, ungestört und privat zu sein. Die Flugzeuge kann man super beobachten und man hört es nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Mit dem Auto konnten wir schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, zum Beispiel nach Split oder Trogir – beide Orte sind nur etwa 20–30 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement d'Angela est vraiment très agréable: très bien décoré, literie hyper confortable, terrasse privée parfaite pour les apéros de fin de journée. La plage est accessible à 10 minutes à pieds et commerces à proximité. Le logement est même plus grand qu'il ne paraît en photo! Angela est vraiment une excellente hôte : toujours très réactive, des produits frais au frigo en arrivant, du raisin proposé durant le séjour ; Angela est très agréable et à l'écoute. Un seul point négatif pour ma part: lo logement est vraiment très mal isolé. Certes on entend les avions, mais ils ne vole t pas la nuit et en prenant un logement si près de l'aéroport on s'en doutait. En revanche on entend absolument tout ce qu'il se passe dans l'appartement au-dessus. Du coup endormissement difficile de mes enfants avec les bruits de pas d'enfants qui courent ou qui crient jusqu'à tard le soir.

Really lovely apartment in a great location- perfectly situated in the old town. We thought the apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was great value for money and I would recommend it.

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

What an amazing place! Marin was incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay in his wonderful apartment. He took care to check with us throughout our stay, with nothing being any trouble. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, yet walkable to all that Split has to offer, a superb location! All the facilities seem like new and are spotless. We all had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone having the opportunity to stay in Split. Thank you Marin, a wonderful stay!

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.
