Luxury Pool Villa, Split Area– 8 Guests

Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

The apartment is located on Igrišće Square in front of which is the Rotondo Castle, which is in the adaptation phase. Parking spaces are located on the square. The sandy beach Gabine is 200 meters away, and a little further there are many more secluded beaches. Restaurants and pancake bar near the apartment, and close to the supermarket (300m) and mini market (100m) bus station for cities (Split and Trogir) line number 37 approx. 300m.
