My Villa Marija is only 180 m away from the sea, 30 m from Basketball and Football playground. 150 m away from caffe bars, grocery store, Riva Promenade, beautiful beaches etc. UNESCO Split and Trogir are cca 15-20 min by car. Pebble beach Sokolana with shower & children playground is only 5 min walk. We have private lockable Terrace/garden with laurel fence and 100 years old Pitosphora Tree :)

There are 4 parking spaces in the private courtyard. In the garden, there is an 8 m by 4 m pool which can of course be used, as well as a loggia with barbecue area which can ensure cozy and relaxed evenings.
