Holiday rentals with a pool in Kaštelir-Labinci

Our stay was great. We were a total of 7 adults and 2 children in Nina's cottage. That was a great fit, the room layout is really perfect. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet place called Rosini. Directly across the street is a public parking space, which is why you can easily arrive with more than two cars. A playground and football/basketball court is also less than 100m away and a great activity for the kids. The cottage is clean and nicely decorated. On site there are almost everything in terms of amenities (washing machine, stove, vacuum cleaner, etc.) The pool was our absolute highlight The hosts are super sweet and ensure a great stay. In the case of the smallest problem, the contact is made directly and someone on site. We got great recommendations for restaurants, cities, beaches, etc in advance. We absolutely loved it! This place is highly recommended. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Simone's house is highly recommended for anyone who just wants to switch off and relax for a few days without being disturbed. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

The five of us had a wonderful vacation here! Melanie and Chris have really created a little oasis here and can't be beat as hosts. Even when our car had a breakdown, we could count on the two (and the neighbors).

We had a great holiday and a very good time in the Villa Duesorelle: Super furnishings and great comfort, bright beautiful rooms, great large pool for our children to swim and romp. We spent 10 days in Labinci, beautiful surroundings for relaxing, reading, cooking, eating and enjoying. Many thanks to Stefano and his family, they were very friendly and our questions were always answered quickly.

We had a very nice, quiet vacation with an extremely well-equipped apartment, very nice terrace and pool for our family with pets. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet, relaxing vacation "away from the hustle and bustle." We'd love to come back again and again as a vacation in Istria.

A spacious house with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very nice and a lovely garden with evening sun. The deck overlooking the sea was just perfect.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

We were very satisfied with our place! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja fixed us quickly. The car quickly took us to grocery stores, beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

Tamara's accommodation was superbly located. There was everything you needed. The garden with the pool was wonderful for relaxing.

memorable stay with Olga who is an extraordinary lady, helpful and with good tips for excursions and her olive oil who shares her tomatoes 😁😁 Accommodation with large and beautiful terrace. everything is nearby, 200 m from the supermarket La Sirena restaurant is a treat. Olga speaks French, a real plus for us. The private accommodation is impeccable, the pool is excellent. we had a memorable stay and I reiterate Olga is truly an extraordinary lady Thanks Olga for hosting us. 🥰🥰

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

A nice big house. Everything you need is available. Shopping facilities can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

We fell in love with this place. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. The house was spacious, well-prepared, clean and cozy. There's something new made around the house every year, which makes the place even more attractive than before. There's a brand-new toilet and grill at the pool area. If we decide to come back to Istria region of Croatia, we definitely will make our stay here.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

The holiday was a dream to be in. The amenities were great, everything you need was available. The communication was perfect, the ambience was optimal. Rating a 12/10. Definitely again Best regards!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. We spent a wonderful week at the Villa. The place is really cosy, beautiful and has all a family needs for a summer stay. The kids loved the pool. The landlord lady was super nice, very helpful giving us all the tips for local attractions. We hope to come back again to the Villa one day.
