We had a wonderful stay at Villa Efa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Erika who helped us with the check in and showed us everything within the villa. We even received wine, olive oil and a fruits basket as a welcome present. This villa has everything that a family needs (e.g. a wonderful pool and a well equipped kitchen) and is as beautiful as the photos show. Since it’s located in Višnjan, there isn’t much to do or see in the village and you have to travel to nearby cities.

Fantastic house with beautiful pool with wonderful relaxing chairs and outdoor seating and a dining table under a pergola. Beds very comfortable. Two lovely bathrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed. The owner was present to welcome us and give us an explanation. Great, very friendly. Furthermore, she was very quick to respond to questions. Within walking distance less than 10 min 3 fine restaurants and supermarket. Also olive and wine tastings are within walking distance. Beautiful towns such as Novigrad and Rovinj easy to reach by car. Had a great week, highly recommended!

Super place, we felt very comfortable!

The location of this place was a pleasant surprise. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is situated on a hill which opens a wonderful view to the valley and one can see the sea from the balcony of the second floor. It is especially nice in the evening when the nearest city is light. There is no noise, no traffic and not so much people around which can disturb you in this peaceful place. The pool is reasonably big to have a comfortable swim. Overall, the house is very convenient for the rest with the family or friends. Sincerely recommend this place!

Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

The house is very modern and perfect for a relaxing holiday in a group. The location to shopping, as well as beach and city, is excellent. The landlords welcomed us warmly. The holiday met our expectations exactly. We'd love to come back!

This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

We all enjoyed it very much. The house is super nice and big. The pool and whirlpool were very nice and in use almost every day. :)) The contact with Saša was very good, you could contact him at any time.

A lovely well-equipped villa, perfect for our family. Modern, tasteful decor, comfortable beds and excellent outdoor area and pool. We would definitely come back to stay here.

Super nice house with a great garden and a great pool! The house was very new and the amenities great! Everything you needed was also available in the kitchen, even dishcloths and dish towels even spices were available. Beds were also very comfortable, we felt very much and will definitely be back :)

Villa SUN is a beautiful travel destination! We had an incredibly great vacation and a good time! The villa looks identical to the photos, very clean and has an impressive selection of kitchen utensils - we were not promised too much. Even the promised sea view was available. Marija and the co-host were always available and supported us when we had questions or needed recommendations for activities or restaurants. We can say with a clear conscience that we definitely recommend this accommodation! Thank you for this stay ☺️

Very nice villa with a great garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was also very good. The pool area is beautifully designed with a large sitting lounge and in addition there is a selection of ball sports for the garden. Ideal for a group of 6-8 people.
