This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our house has one bedroom and a unique view with a sea view from the front and closed on 2 sides. There is an infinity pool with a view of the Greek islands and Meis. Our villa has kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, etc. We have electrical appliances In our villa, you can enjoy a sea view integrated with the jacuzzi, and you can enjoy the warmth of the plasma (electric fireplace) even in cold weather. You can reach the garden by the bridge over the pool.

Our 1+1 loft Stone villa, built entirely of stone and warmly decorated with wooden details, is ideal for those looking for a peaceful getaway in touch with nature. Kaş is located only 10 minutes away from the center by car. It offers a space of your own with its private pool and sheltered structure. You can enjoy the pool all day long and have a pleasant time in the barbecue area in the evenings. A warm, calm and truly relaxing holiday awaits you.🌿

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

For you to slow down and relax at this unique and calm getaway. Will you feel special in our Private Beach Villa? The villa is located 20 meters from the sea. You will experience the villa you do not have. The pool is heated, and the additional heating fee is €250 per week. You are required to inform the pool heating that you would like at the time of booking. Payment is taken as extra at check-in
