Holiday rentals with a patio in Kata Beach

Very nice and quiet.The kitchen is well stocked and the table is large, suitable for five people.If you ride a motorcycle, you have to be very careful going up and down the slopes every day. The slope is a little shaky. The scenery is beautiful and the privacy is high.

Super, worth to book again in my next visit to Phuket, I highly recommend

Good location, great neighborhood. There is everything for a comfortable stay. I was very surprised by the presence of a blender for making fruit cocktails, a toaster and a coffee grinder with a coffee machine. There is a swimming pool and a gym. It is definitely worth its money. I will definitely come back here.

Loved this place, the host was VERY responsive. The space is outstanding and great for the 4 nights we were there. Very clean and spacious. Only minor thing was the bed was quite firm but apart from that. AMAZING! Will definitely book again when we are next in Phuket.

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

The location of the accommodation was perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. It was easy to get to the famous spots like Patong Beach, the night markets, and local restaurants. The area was lively yet safe, and everything I needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base to enjoy Phuket!

A very comfortable stay. The pool was the cherry on top. Spacious villa in a wonderful locality. Walk to 7 Eleven is only 3-4 minutes. A lot of street food options nearby in the evening. Other attractions are almost equidistant from the villa, which was one of the main reason to book.

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I felt like I was at home words can’t describe the feeling of a fresh airbnb without the hassle. Definitely will book again and recommend ! Thank you Eva !

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, and in excellent condition A special thanks to our host, Irina, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

This place was far beyond our expectations with a view of the magnificent ones from both inside and outside. The space is spacious and the decor is soothing. The hostess is very responsive and the driver (Mr Big) is very friendly. We were picked up from the airport and when we arrived refreshments were waiting for us. What a beautiful intention <3. We can't wait to go back.
