Condo holiday rentals in Kata Noi Beach

Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place was beautiful, offering stunning scenic views of Phuket town. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

We had a wonderful stay at Yorch’s place! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly professional, helpful, and full of great recommendations that made planning our trip so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and perfect not just for sleeping but also for relaxing and spending a full day in if needed. The location is fantastic as it just a short walk to Bang Tao Beach and around 10 minutes on foot to a supermarket, which made everything super convenient. Yorch was always quick to respond to our messages and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her local tips were spot-on and made our Phuket experience even better.Just a note that it is a bit further from the central area of Phuket. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket!

Very responsive host, we had a few issues that got fixed quickly. The AC unit in living room was dripping water onto the couch and one of the bathrooms had an odor with an issue of the water draining behind the toilet. Overall the place was described for what it was. It was efficient but wouldn’t call it luxury. No frills to it, the best thing about the place was the view! Building C was a little maze to get to, so that could get tiresome to do several times a day. There was a grocery store across the street with a wide selection of anything you would need along with liquor & wine. A pharmacy next door with any items you would need like sunblock! I also got a pedicure at the salon next door as well. I downloaded the Grab app & rides down to Bangla Rd where all the action was were affordable. With traffic at certain times could take 20-25 min to get to Bangla Rd. I also went to Yona, Tiger Kingdom, Atvs/Ziplining, lily pad cafe, & Elephants on the Beach all by the Grab app.

This studio flat was lovely, the bed was super comfy and stocked with pillows! Not to mention the sofa on the balcony with the best views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The amenities such as the rooftop pool and sheltered car park were also a great bonus. James was very responsive and friendly while making sure we had a great stay. The condo is just off the main road meaning easy access to the kata and karon areas, the scooter rental shops and local Thai restaurants just underneath were handy! Recommended

Victor is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had an initial problem (completely out of the hosts control), renovation work on the roof that was quite loud at the start of our stay. Victor was incredibly helpful, understanding and friendly throughout. The apartment itself is perfect, super clean and is the best location for Rawai beach and all its amenities, with an easy 5 min bike to Naiharn beach. Beautiful pool on the roof over looking the bay and once the renovations are complete, the new restaurant / bar area will be incredible.

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

It was a lovely place to stay, and only a 5 minute walk to great restaurants and stores, and about 9 minutes to the wonderful night markets and the beach. It's close to everything you need, while still being quiet and relaxing. There is also a wonderful street food restaurant across the street that I ate at every day. Perfect location really, and a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

Nice house. Have an issue with the air conditioner at first, but owner solve it immediately. Overall good, but try to avoid going here by public bus as it will require you to walk for a while. Bolt/Grab is always to-go

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Lars place ticked all the boxes. Excellent air conditioning. Well equipped. Great Mountain views with partial ocean view. Central location, close to beach and walking distance to everything else. The couple of minor issues we had were addressed promptly by Lars. We would definitely recommend.

We were completely delighted with our stay! Check-in according to the rules was from 15:00, but we were kindly allowed to check in as early as 9 am. Also with checkout — instead of 12:00, the host allowed us to stay longer when it was convenient for us. The apartment is very clean, fully consistent with the photos and description. The pool is simply gorgeous, the cleanest, which is rare for this area. The view is amazing — an ideal option for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Separately, I want to note the host: I was always in touch and instantly answered all questions. We really had an amazing time there, we definitely recommend it! If we are in these parts again, we will undoubtedly choose this apartment.

Beautiful area with a peaceful and quite environment. It is located on a steep hill so a mode of transportation is a must. Located 10-15 minutes away from the beach and other happening spots. Keep up the work!
