House holiday rentals in Kata Noi Beach

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

Sehr schönes bungalow mit Pool, der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich professionell gereinigt. Anbieter hat eine WA-Gruppe gemacht in der alles in Minuten geklärt werden konnte wie zb. Einen Roller zu bekommen der in die Unterkunft geliefert wurde. Alles bestens, danke!

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Just returned home from a lovely stay in Abby’s Hideaway Phuket. We booked for a family holiday (2 adults and 2 kids) Karn was very helpful from the first contact up until we left. The villa is up a nice quiet Soi on a busy road that leads to Nai Harn beach. So many restaurants/coffee shops and massage places nearby that you could never try them all. Villa is nice and spacious and has a lovely outdoor space with a nice deep pool. Bedrooms have nice big beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen has everything you would need and there is a bbq outside. Karn is a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Abby’s hideaway again

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

Fue una estancia muy agradable, el lugar es precioso tal cual se menciona en el anuncio, todo estuvo limpio, las toallas, sábanas, almohadas y la casa en general, estuvimos muy cómodos en Villa Namaste. Alex es muy amable, respetuoso y está al pendiente todo el tiempo. Sin duda alguna vuelvo🫶🏻

Прекрасный хозяин, а также рабочие в этом месте, уборка была через день иногда даже 2 дня подряд, также на территории много кошек очень дружелюбных, хоть и иногда не давали прохожу) место находится в 15 минутах от кафе и ресторанов, до моря чуть дольше минут 20-25 дорога в местности прямая удобно ходить пешком, в комнате есть все удобства от кондиционера и тд, в целом жильем довольны на все 100%

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

Even though there wasn’t much around the area, the apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was especially peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!
