Beachfront holiday rental in Katama

Amazing home. Fantastic location. Peaceful and relaxing. One of our favorite vacation stays ever. Never turned the tv on… unusual for me. Hosts really thought of everything and more. Highly recommend if you are visiting Cape COD. 5+ stars.

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

All I can really say is… wow!! From the moment we arrived, Liza was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. And upon arrival, we recognized how truly special her home is; with so much character and charm! It’s very private and felt incredibly safe. The home seems nestled into Martha's Vineyard itself and the back led out to a private green space, dock, and beach with blooming bushes next to the path. This was such a rare find. It was so magical, we spent an afternoon painting watercolors of the view of the boats on the water that you can see from the living room. With six girls staying for a bachelorette weekend, we had an abundance of room. It is more spacious than the photos capture. Situated in a prime location near Edgartown. And every piece of decor, plate, bowl, cup felt vintage, special, unique. This place has authentic charm. Bottom line: Our stay was incredible. We all can’t wait to come back again!

We had an amazing time and would love to come again! The location was perfect, close to the beach and away from the busier parts of the island. I definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 adults had a short but comfortable stay despite the rainy weather. The place was nicely decorated and felt homey. We had dinner at the Lobster Trap just a short drive away, which was superb. Good starting location for exploring other towns along Cape Cod!

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

Perfect location and beautiful views of the bay. It had everything we needed. tmThe studio was very clean and nicely decorated. Jenny and Ania were perfect hosts and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

In our experience we had wonderful communication from Chris’s team. They were extremely responsive to our messages and checking on our stay. The location was amazing! Nice pool deck, steps to the beach, and so many amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable, enough storage, and efficient kitchen to use. When we had issues with our televisions, the staff were quick to find solutions.

The location was fantastic- close to harbor, beach, shopping and restaurants. Having TJ and whole food close by was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay! The townhome was newly remodeled and easy to clean. We were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook a nice thanksgiving dinner. Jan and Sofiya are great hosts. They were very responsive and flexible. They made us feel like at home and took our feedback seriously. I have no doubt that they will continue to improve the place for guests. Would stay there again.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

The place was beautiful and clean with a great view. It fits 8 people comfortably and if there are folks willing to sleep on the couch even 10 people would be happy there. This house is 20 minutes from ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and the surrounding areas are beautiful

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

This home was everything it was advertised and more! Very comfortably hosted all 6 of us. Very, very clean and decorated in a very cute beach theme. The kitchen was perfectly laid out if you love to cook, as I do. She had so many spices in the pantry and many other things that one might need to prepare meals. The little beach on site was so peaceful, and we put the paddle boards to good use for a nice view of entire lake. The location was also great in relation to the event we attended. There were stores, and restaurants within 5 minutes to the property. So if you are looking for a perfect home on the cape and you don’t mind a 10/15 minute drive to the shore, this home is perfect! Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

Great location. Space is small but packs a punch w 1.5 baths and 3 bedrooms. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. We liked this Airbnb a lot.

One of best places I’ve stayed on Airbnb. Really helped make the trip incredible. I cant wait to come back again. Alice was very responsive helpful and welcoming above and beyond, a great host.
