Lovely studio 23m² in traditional island style, on the Koufonissi island (small Cyclades). The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port. The Oceanos Studio has a spacouse balcony with a beautiful view over the village and Aegiali bay. Free parking. Within a 10 min walk you are in the center of the lovley village and the wonderful beach of Aegiali bay.
