Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und genau wie auf den Bildern ! Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon was sehr gut war. Es war sehr zentral. Nur die Parkmöglichkeiten waren bisschen schwer, weil es im Zentrum ist. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Einzigartige Unterkunft am Ortsrand von Litochoro in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Blitzsaubere Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt und noch mehr... Terrasse mit Möbeln und einem spektakulären Ausblick auf das Olymp Massiv. Einige wenige Gehminuten ins Ortszentrum mit vielen Tavernen und Cafes. Die Kommunikation mit vid verlief über Telefon und war hervorragend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Roland und Elisabeth

Εξαιρετική θεα, άνετο διαμερίσμα, έξυπνα στημένο με τις αναγραφόμενες παροχες. Θα το επιλέξω ξανά σε μελλοντική επίσκεψη στην Θεσσαλονίκη.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια και οι οικοδεσπότες απαντούσαν πάντα σε ό,τι και αν ρωτήσαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Een vriendelijke host. Hij gaf leuke tips om te doen en waar we goed konden eten. Het huis was ruim en heeft fijne bedden.

We booked last minute for a quick getaway. Manos was very responsive and made us feel right at home. He even added Christmas decorations and we felt so cozy! Quick walk to the centre of the village so great to pop out and come back with the family. Parking nearby and quick access to the surrounding areas. We'll definitely be back on next trip up north

Εξαιρετική επιλογή καταλύματος. Καθαρός, εύκολα προσβάσιμος χώρος. Είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν τα οποία υπήρχαν και στις αναφερόμενες παροχές. Άνεση για τον ύπνο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, όμορφα και με γούστο διακοσμημένος χώρος. Με την Κατερίνα είχαμε μια άψογη επικοινωνία για ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε. Ήσυχη η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος, πρόσβαση με τα πόδια για την παραλία και όλα τα κοντινά μαγαζιά για ότι χρειαστείς. Κατερίνα και Αλέξανδρε σας ευχαριστούμε.

Georgios's place is beautiful and he is a super host. Located in the old part of Thessaloniki, the surrounding area is exceptionally peaceful and the rooftop of Georgios's apartment really allows you to make the most of the wonderful Greek weather. Georgios is quick to reply to any questions, very helpful and flexible. Thessaloniki is vibrant city with lots to do and a rich history. The old part of the town is situated at the top of a hillside. We made good use of regular, cheap and friendly taxis to make our way back to the apartment at the end of each day.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki und haben uns bei Yanis wohl gefühlt. Eva hat uns trotz später Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, war sauber und gepflegt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist grandios. Die Kommunikation mit Yanis war unkompliziert.

I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

Vrlo interesantan i lep stan na odlicnoj lokaciji, sa vrlo lepom terasom. Domacin Elena je ljubazna i uvek na raspolaganju da odgovori na sva pitanja.

Die Wohnung von George war exakt wie beschrieben. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse traumhaft. George war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Der flexible Check-In mit der Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert, das war sehr wichtig, weil wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett. Der Esstisch ist in der Küche verbaut und muss herausgezogen werden. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber es ist alles gut in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung und auch George als Vermieter jedem weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!
