North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. 60 well-kept and comfortable square meters for up to 5 guests (2 on sofa bed) in the cozy village of Tating, 6 km before St. Peter-Ording. Tating is great for example, as a starting point for beautiful bike rides to SPO and on Eiderstedt or beautiful walks. All districts of SPO are about the same distance away. The apartment is located in a separate part of the building, which was built in 1998 to a listed main house. Price starts at €45/night in the low season.

This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
