The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. There is a stone ground floor and a furnished residence of about 55 sq.m. with a large courtyard on two levels and a view of the fir trees. It consists of a hall, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a marble fireplace and a bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that turns into a bed for two people. It has a heater for heating in the winter, while the house is very cool in the summer.
