Apartment holiday rentals in Kathu District

The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

This place was great! The host was very responsive and made sure I was taken care of before and during my stay. The check in was very smooth and the place looked exactly like the pictures! Very clean unit with several appliances. My favorite part was the balcony. Highly recommend!

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful villa that my whole family loved to stay in! we didn’t know that the Villa was part of five-star hotel, which added extra amenities to use. Alexandra was very helpful with his local recommendations, and smooth check in. Thank you

Probably the best apartment I have ever rented. So peaceful, in the middle of the jungle. The apartment is modern and super clean. The AC works perfectly. The only minor issue was with the gym that has a lot of out of order equipments. Apart from that, Beata has been a great host, I really recommend !

It's still a very nice room. The swimming pool is right outside the living room. The beds in both rooms are large. The not so good thing is that there is no toothbrush ~ The living room has a microwave and cutlery, etc. The front desk lady is also very nice

Yao was a very attentive host who was responsive to our needs. The place itself is a great space, situated about 10 minutes away from the main Patong strip. It offers the right amount of accessibility to such areas whilst being far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Very spacious apartment. When checking in, just be mindful that you'll likely be taking your taxi to the 'Baycliff Residence' which is the drop off point, however you won't necessarily be staying in that place. The entrance is on the left side (if facing the Baycliff in front of you). I would definitely return. Thanks Yao

I would highly recommend Mary’s apartment. It’s clean, spacious for family with 3 kids and our kids love the clean swimming pool! It is walking distance to Patong beach and halal food is easily accesible around the area. We loved that one of the big 7-11 was just beside the condo, making it very easy to stock up on food and snacks. On the eve of our checkout, there was a power shutdown which lasted the whole day and Mary was so proactive and kept me updated the entire time. I really would like to mention this here as I have not come across a very responsive host than Mary. Thank you so much for making our stay in Phuket memorable. My family and I can’t wait to be back! We will surely book Mary’s apartment again! Not to mention their housekeeper is always around if you need any assistance! Thank you again Mary!

Nice apartment, and it’s close to most of the attractions.

The location is great: sea and rainforest views, Patong is only 5 minutes by taxi, but at the same time the house is on a hill so there is almost no noise. Lovely terrace and interior. Cons: There are old stains on the sofa and some upholstery. The TV in the living room is really too complicated and not quite comfortable.

Gary's place was amazing. Right in the heart of Bangla but tucked away at the back so there is no noise. Two TV's with all the streaming services available. Gary was more than happy to pop down and show us the ropes. Will be back when visiting Patong for sure

Nice and clean apartment in the center of Patong. Close to night life and in a walking distance to the beach. Good wi-fi. Changing towels and cleaning every two days
