The villa is located in Patong, directly facing Patong Beach. It is a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven and restaurants. By motorbike or dudu car, it is 5 minutes to Jungceylon Mall and 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has 3 floors and a total area of about 750 square meters. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture.
