Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.
