It is a newly built, three-story stone townhouse where the owners live on the separate lower floor. The house is arranged on the ground floor kitchen, living room, dining room and WC and on the 1 floor are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. It has a stunning view of the Ag. Petrou and from both of its balconies. It is just 3 km from the port and 4 km from the cosmopolitan Batsi. The beach is 500 meters away from the house, and in the area, there are small taverns, a bakery and a supermarket.
