RIZA is a 60m2 private villa with a 180m2 terrace including its own 6m x 3m saltwater infinity pool. The house was built around an ancient olive tree and gives this property its name, Riza = Root in Greek. 10 minute drive to the closest charming town, Batsi. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-6 people, i.e. one or two couples, families of up to six members or a company of 2-6 friends.
