The facilities includes four traditional , stone builded and independent apartments recently renovated . All apartments are fully equipped with free wi-fi , air-conditioning system , television , refrigerator , electric stove and kitchenware . On tha yard of our complex you can enjoy the breakfast, the local products and the seasonal fruits that we offer, staring the view of the sea. A traditional Kythirian cottage, in the tranquil, quietly crumbling old town of Kato Chora, accessed by a short cobbled path (no cars, but parking at 20m), 2 minutes walk from a Venetian castle, with spectacular views from the roof terrace, and 10 minutes drive from the sea. Our home has been lovingly restored to retain its original character, built around stone arches, with a large bedroom and living/dining room. The kitchen and shower are modern and the bed is new, but the place is timeless

Piso Pigadi – Mylopotamos It is a vaulted construction, located in the alleys of the traditional settlement of Piso Pigadi. With a lot of passion and love we renovated it, and fully equipped it, so that guests have a wonderful experience as well as a pleasant stay. The house is 70 sq.m. and has one bedroom, one bathroom and a large single space, where the kitchen and living room are located. It has an internal staircase, which leads to the roof, where the view reaches the sea.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
