One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. The house is located in K.Verga which is about 4km from the nearest beach and 9km. from the center of Kalamata. The facilities are the ones of a modern house. The balcony provides an amazing view of Messinian bay. It's also surrounded by a big garden, which has historical interest as there used to be a threshing floor aged 300 years. The sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is a unique experience that one has to experience as highly recommended!
