In addition, no visitors other than guests are allowed. Please be sure to let us know before check-in if the number of guests changes.

Old house/trip to meet the good old Katsuura/fishing spot/near the beach

This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a Dried fish shop. It is a long, deep row house with a very unique construction. The inconvenience of glowing everywhere, such as the dirt room right from the entrance, a small living room, a steep staircase, and a slightly tilted second floor.We have renovated it to make it comfortable while retaining the appearance of the time. The location of the inn is right behind Katsuura Mori Street and the shopping district, so it is in a good location.It is a short walk to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing.In the morning, you can buy vegetables and dried food at the morning market, take a break at a famous local coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or take a bath in Matsunoyu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture!There are also a variety of nearby izakayas with a reasonable and good atmosphere.Try Katsuura Tantan noodles! Katsuura Chuo Beach is a 7-minute walk away. The nearby supermarket is 4 minutes by car "Bayesia". The nearby convenience store is "7-Eleven" 5 minutes on foot. Katsuura station is a 9-minute walk. We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location. 一組限定、一棟貸なのでご家族またはご友人と自然の中でのびのび過ごしたい方に。囲炉裏でのお食事、(持込のみ)珈琲工房も併設してるので豆の販売、宿泊のお客様にはコーヒーの提供もさせて頂きます。なお2～12歳のお子様はチェックアウト時に1人2200円返金させて頂きます。 We opened the "Kominka accommodation" in Jan 2022. Our inn is a remodeling of a 100 year old Japanese traditional house, and you can touch Japanese tradition through our inn. Also I have been an English teacher for whole my life, so pls do not hesitate to ask details in advance. note; we can pay back 2200JPY for 2 to 12 years per kids when checked out.

母屋に隣接した離れを、小さなゲストハウスにしました。 少しだけ昭和の香りの、素朴な一組限定の宿です。お2人目からは、4500円です。お友達とでも、お一人でも、お気軽にご利用ください。☆敷地内に犬と猫がおり、動物が苦手な方は残念ですがご利用は難しいです。 ☆駐車場から、車が通れない細道を2分歩きます、坂や階段があります。(三段の階段が、二回あります) ☆裏が森なので、気をつけて掃除していますが、虫が苦手な方は残念ですがご宿泊は難しいと思います。 ☆宿から徒歩圏内に買い物ができるスーパーやコンビニがございません。お買い物を済ませてからのチェックインがお勧めです。 少々不便ですが、静かな環境です。小さな別荘感覚でお気軽にご利用ください。 ☆バーベキュー用具の貸し出し、2000円です。夜10時までには片付けをしてお部屋にお入り下さい。 ※食材は料金に含まれません。
