One of the last 20 houses with a seaweed roof. The house was renovated in 2019 with new underfloor heating, electricity, water and drainage. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The former owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. There are 4 new good beds. TV works with Chromecast Wifi is without code There is a lockbox at the door. You will receive the code on the day you arrive.

Lofthus at Skånegård

The charming old granary from the last century has been converted into a beautiful and bohemian accommodation on two floors plus a loft. Here you live quietly and secluded with wide views of fields and meadows in a beautiful traditional Scanian environment. The ground floor consists of a large open living room that houses the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there is a cozy bedroom and a living room with extra beds. At the top, a sleeping loft in the attic. In the large bathroom there is a shower and a private washing machine.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

We have renovated the old chicken coop into a small cozy annex. The house has a room and is by itself at our small country house and we have 12 chickens and a rooster grazing freely on the piece off the house. Originally from 1914, the farm is surrounded by fields and overlooking strewn mountains. On the property you will also find our cafe and farm shop selling coffee, cake, sandwich, brunch etc opening hours Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm
