The apartment is located in the city center near the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used. We open up each bedroom based on the guests' booking and specific request. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. There is a washing machine in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement, which is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage.
