In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. The apartment is located in the city center near the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used. We open up each bedroom based on the guests' booking and specific request. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. There is a washing machine in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement, which is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. Welcome to The Brewer's Loft. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey house, renovated in June 2021. It has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with 2 additional beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. We, the owners, live on the first 2 floors and share a stairway. It's located on a quiet street and a 3 minute walk to public transportation or an easy bike ride taking you downtown. The Brewer's Loft is great for families or mature guests - not a party place :-)

My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.
