This stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless clean with beautifully decorated interior. 24hr security is given to the complex and the layout of the apartment was perfect. Hirushke and his family were very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Also the apartment was well equipped. It had a microwave, electric kettle, clothing iron and the whole apartment was air conditioned. Overall our experience with them was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We’re looking forward to our next stay already.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

Great place as described in the listing. We faced a long powercut (4hrs) right after we checked in. I believe it was a one time thing. Really like the way he approached the situation. Praba was proactive to inform about the alternatives he can provide. The amenities were of great help as we were in Colombo for a wedding reception

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Very happy about our stay here, the place is exactly how it’s described. We had the ability to enjoy peacefully and lovely Jayantha was always available if needed. This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.

He recharged the internet few times, as well! • Really wonderful furniture, smart TV, automatic gate. All necessary amenities in the kitchen! • Really friendly Gayan's father-in-law, Mr. Dissanayake, who let us come in. And he shared with us some local food several times. And even gave us a lift to the airport for free! I'd highly recommend to rent this villa. It's absolutely cozy, comfortable and unforgettable experience!

We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

This house is in an excellent location of Colombo. It’s closely to many good restaurants and cafes. The house is very cosy and can be enjoyed by both families and business people alike. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Rana's home is big and spacious. Very clean and has a beautiful garden. Got timely communication from Rana. Instructions with regards to check-in were clear. Only downside is that the home is far from the beach as well as Lagoon.
