Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. This was the last place we stayed at as we were leaving Sri Lanka. The host and caretaker were helpful and responsive. The house was clean and had most of the things. We didn’t get much time to go around and see. The caretaker was around 24/7, we ordered food at home and the delivery guys could find the place easily. We packed and were set to leave the next day.

Owner was very friendly and responds quickly for any questions we may have. He introduce Mr Marian who is the owners brother-in-law have arranged 7 seater vehicle which we engaged for 3 days to go around in Srilanka including Tricomalee, Mirissa beach and Kandy the places to be visited must. Though the Villa is 1 hour far from Colombo but I recommend for the guests who wants to stay in quite location. It can accommodate 8 people easily. Thank you so much.

Great stay. all amenities mentioned provided . lahiru was very helpful all the way through the check inn and during the stay. 15 min walkable distance to the beach. the pool was a great addition to the stay. overall we had a fantastic time here.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Isur’s place. The host, who speaks English, is very friendly and welcoming. We were served with very good traditional breakfast.The place itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend! Especially for those coming from Colombo airport, since the place is conveniently close.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay. The views surrounding the house and the interiors of the house were absolutely stunning. Every part of the house was so thoughtfully designed and decorated. The best part of the stay was the delicious vegetarian food which we throughly enjoyed. Sam, Sandun and team were extremely hospitable, warm and helpful. We look forward to staying at the BNB again very soon :)

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

This place is absolutely incredible, and the pictures do not do it justice. The private pool was incredible, seeing the bat migration was worth staying in for. The service was top notch, and they anticipated our every need. The bathrooms are luxurious. You will find a few surprises that will blow you away, in a positive way. We don't want to ruin for you. I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Bliss! The host and caretaker were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The space itself was spacious, clean, and felt very private perfect for a relaxing getaway. I also appreciated how safe and secure the area felt. Have lost count of the number of times we have stayed at Solar Crab. If you are looking for a gorgeous property that is peaceful and serene and with an awesome chef and comforts, this is the location for you! Cannot recommend the property any higher!

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

The pool was very nice and clean. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This place is feels remote and closed off which is great for relaxing within the premise the villa although the neighbourhood isn’t all that great for tourists unless if they are local. The beds and furniture were all clean and spotless. The sheets are clean. The AC works well. Overall it was good place.

Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family host was responsive and helped out in any request we had we enjoyed our stay and would be planning to go there soon

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Beautiful, stylish new house. The owner arranged excellent airport pick-up and his family showed me around the house upon my arrival. The family live next door and were gracious and helpful hosts.

Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
