VREUGD AAN ZEE is a beautifully stylish and fully furnished guest house. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with a private entrance and a separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500 m) of the beach, dunes, and the center of Katwijk. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an interactive TV and free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180/200 cm) and a spacious walk-in closet.

Tiny House 365 BEACHLIFE is located on a quiet street directly behind the Boulevard of Katwijk aan Zee for 2 people. Due to the ideal location, you can be on the beach or in the city center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants within 2 minutes. Vacation home 365 BEACHLIFE has: A private front door, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom under the roof and a seat outside. Parking is available in the parking garage on the Boulevard 150m away. Beach Pavilion Paal 14 and Beach Pavilion Surf and Beach are our favorite!

Sea view Apartment! @Noordwijk Beach

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Cozy holiday home 'Voor Anker' in Katwijk

We offer a cozy and attractive vacation home with every comfort. Completely renovated and beautifully styled. You have a private entrance, a cozy place/garden, and a shed to possibly place bicycles. 800 meters from the beach and close to the dunes, a lovely place to stay. Furthermore, our vacation home is a good place to take trips from there to, for example, De Keukenhof. Leiden, Delft, The Hague and Amsterdam can also be reached within half an hour by car.

Modern summer house in Katwijk aan Zee

The private summer house has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, induction hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs is the bedroom with made-up queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with towels. Of course, you can use the free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation is located in Katwijk aan Zee, a stone's throw away from the beach and the dunes. The shopping center, terraces and restaurants are also within a 5-minute walk.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Studio for 2 people

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.

Maison la Franchimon close to the beach

Maison la Franchimon is a summer house in the center of Katwijk with all modern facilities for a wonderful beach holiday. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a living area (TV, Wi-Fi) with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave oven and fridge, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and two double bedrooms. There is also an opportunity to park free of charge.
