VREUGD AAN ZEE is a beautifully stylish and fully furnished guest house. Located in a quiet street behind our own house with a private entrance and a separate patio. Your accommodation is within walking distance (500 m) of the beach, dunes, and the center of Katwijk. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an interactive TV and free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor has a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180/200 cm) and a spacious walk-in closet.

Our summer house

From this ideally located accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities. A nice day at the beach or a walk through the dunes. But shopping in the center of Katwijk is also an option. Both the beach, the dunes and the city center are all within walking distance of our summer house. Parking is available briefly at our summer house to load and unload luggage. In the area there are still options for free parking, and there are also paid parking garages within walking distance.

Het Koningshuisje, enjoy sun, sea and beach!

Enjoy the sun, sea and beach from our cozy Koningshuisje, in a prime location just 100 meters from the beach and the boulevard. The city center and the dunes are also within walking distance. Ideal for two adults, possibly with one child. The cottage is located behind our house and has its own entrance via our private garden, where we can meet. The living and sleeping areas are open-plan, without connecting doors. That's why we don't recommend a stay with three adults.

Beautiful luxury vacation home 60 m from the beach

This tastefully decorated vacation home is a stone's throw from the beach and has all the comforts. You sleep in a cozy attic and can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace. Within minutes, you are on the beach or shopping center. In the area you can go hiking and cycling through the dunes. Katwijk is centrally located. Within a radius of 50 km are cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. Or visit the Keukenhof (20 min) or Soldaat van Oranje (10 min).

Sun & Joy

If you want to get a breath of fresh air on the Katwijk beach in the fall, visit our B&B soon. The B&B is ideal for young families with a baby 👶 up to 1 year , camping cot and high chair are available. The cozy center of katwijk is within walking distance where you will find great shops and restaurants. In 5 minutes you are at the dunes where you can enjoy hiking and cycling and in 5 minutes you can also walk on the beach to get a breath of fresh air.

Cottage by the Sea

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

Close to the sea

Just get away from it all in this soothing, centrally located accommodation. Within a 3-minute walk you are at the beach, city center and dunes. The cottage is cozy and charming and equipped with many comforts. You can park for free in the nearby parking lot, unfortunately this is not possible in the street. Information about where to park will be provided by the host!

Our summer house has been completely renovated into an oasis of comfort and style, with everything new from floors to roof. The summer cottage is 38 m² (409 sq. ft.), equipped with a separate living room, kitchen, and shower. The upstairs space is one room with a box spring and a sofa bed.

Come and stay at Sotto Terra. A bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a fresh small bathroom is all you need for a nice vacation by the sea. There is free WiFi throughout the stay and you can use Netflix. You can also park here for free.
