The upper floor consists of two floors. Great for cycling to places like Leiden, Scheveningen, Haarlem, Noordwijk, and Amsterdam, which is 40 km away. Paid parking across the street under the dunes for only 35 euros per week

Located walking distance to the train station (15 min walk or 4 min cycling), to LUMC (10 min walk) and to Bio Science park (10 min walk), very close to amenities and ideal for commuting to AMS, Den Haag etc. Access to bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared generally with 1 person (occasionally with 2 people).

You have access to a private driveway with private parking. Suitable for up to 4 people, including babies.
