It was built on the site of a former Shinto Shrine and consists of 24 units with the majority being studios. This unit is a 2 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms.

A/C on both floors of the house that keep it cool including ceiling fans in all rooms. Poipu Beach has been recognized as the safest family resort in America with tennis, surfing, snorkeling, paddle bording, fishing, golf and watch the whales from Nov - March 100 yards off the beach.
