Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavač

Sevgili Meri harika bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdigimizde bizi karsilayan temizlik kokusu ve bizim icin hazirlanmis sürpriz ikramlar muhteşemdi. Biz 4 yetiskin 2 cocuk konakladik.Hem evde hem de evin cevresinde ihtiyaciniz olan her seye ulasmaniz cok kolay. Evin hemen altindaki markette neredeyse her sey var. Yakinlarinda restoranlar var.Ahh Meri ikram ettigin muhtesem kekin tadini hala unutamadik.Suplari kullanmamiza izin verdigin ve nezaketin icin cok tesekkur ederiz sana.Herbirimiz cok mutlu ve cok eglenek ayrildik evinden. Yine o bölgeye gelecek olsak şüphesiz yine tercihimiz sen olursun.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Lovely house and a lovely host! Denis was incredibly helpful and shared plenty of great tips and local recommendations. The house itself is cosy and comfortable — everything was spotless and well organised, with plenty of space to store our things. Parking was easy and just off the road, and the views from the house were absolutely beautiful. One thing to note: the location is very convenient if you have a car. The old town and grocery shops were less than 10 minutes away by car, which made things really easy for us. It’s not the most walkable area for sightseeing, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had our own transport!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

Ljupka and her mother are truly wonderful hosts! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. It was such a lovely surprise to find complimentary wine, water, and beer waiting for us in the fridge. Ljupka’s mother even prepared delicious homemade sweets and a traditional pie — absolutely delicious! The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending quiet evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided. We wholeheartedly recommend Ljupka’s apartment and would love to return someday!

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

Tekrar Karadağ’a geldiğimizde mutlaka kalacağımız yer olacaktır. Çok temiz bırakılmıştı ve evde ihtiyaç olan her şey vardı. Makarna, çay, yağ, kahve vs her şeyi düşünmüştü.

Slobodan çok değerli ve nazik bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Karadağ ile ilgili internette olmayan yönergeler verdi. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzeldi. Bir daha gitsek gönül rahatlığıyla hiç düşünmeden tekrar orada kalırız. Eğer Karadağ fikriniz varsa hiç çekinmeden burada kalıp seyahatinizin keyfini çıkartabilirsiniz.

We loved everything here! The privacy is nice, the place is not crowded at all and a nice place to relax and chill. Would definitely come back!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Haixi. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, tout est très propre, les instructions sont très claires et Haixi est une hôte très réactive. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ce logement !

The apartment is super centric but quite, has a nice terrace to have breakfast on and is very clean and tidy. We loved our stay and are very grateful for the easy communication with Dmitry and Alina - they were great and provided us with good tipps! Very much recommended, I’ll be back :)

We had a beautiful days in this amazing apartment. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and everything are comfortable. Everything we needed during stay was equipped, including items not listed on Airbnb website, we wonder why that is not advertised.

Dragana's place was just perfect for our trip to Kotor. It was easy to find & access & had the most amazing views from the little balcony. It was right in the centre of Kotor Old Town so was a bit noisy during the day & night but wasn't an issue to us; I had earplugs!!! And the noise does start again pretty early in the morning; there is a bakery immediately below. Everything was so close by for exploring the town and walking the mountains. The entrance and stairs that approach the apartment were not very clean or welcoming but once in the apartment it was great. We didn't use the kitchen other than for the fridge and the kettle so I couldn't comment on whether it would be useful for cooking? We found the pizza slice from the place below & a few beers on the balcony much easier! All in all, this place was amazing value for money considering you are right in the centre of Kotor Old Town & if you are looking for a base this is perfect.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable, and just like the photos – the real highlight was the stunning terrace with breathtaking views over the bay. It was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning. This was our first time in Montenegro and Kotor bay. The location is ideal, a walkable distance from the old town and Kris had lots of recommendations and a shortcut to get to the sea. Always friendly and responsive. Highly recommended, and we’d absolutely love to return someday!

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Bayıldık mükemmel bir yer daire çok çok temizdi ve eşyalar son derece yeniydi Manzara şahane sessiz huzurlu.. Ev sahipleri çok nazik merak ettiğimiz herşeyi nazikçe yanıtlayıp bize çok yardımcı oldular. Fotoğraflardan daha da güzel diyebilirim

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a fabulous few days here. What a little gem. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. Sandra was close at hand and very responsive if we needed advice but we still had our privacy. The property is ideally situated. Close to Old Town but far enough away in a tranquil setting to enjoy a few hours by the sea. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!

We had a great stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Google Maps gets you close to the address provided, but the critical piece for getting there was the instruction from Jovana which was provided as a series of short videos and text. The videos included the approach from the road, where to park and then how to walk up to the apartment. These were perfect. Not sure how else I would have known exactly where to go with the car without them so be sure to use them. The roads in Kotor can be a bit of a maze. You'll know when you get there. But I studied the videos combined with a bit of 'street view' the night before and they were spot on. Once there, everything around Kotor is so close. Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you!
