Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavala

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Very nice place, beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment small but cozy. Just across from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

It exceeded our expectations! We were a bit surprised by the outdoor dining area but it was perfect for us. We would stay here again.

It was a magical vacation. Very clean and bright house, great pool with mountain view. A complete feeling of harmony with nature. The house is perfectly designed, with very good thermal isolation. The best option - come by car. The house is located at some distance from the beach. The nearest beach is one of the best on the island. It is very long and therefore gives a great choice of umbrellas/loungers with a wide range of prices. Special thanks to the owner of the house. Orestis is a true professional. He is always on call. Very friendly and solves problems instantly.

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! It's truly a heavenly place, just like its name. It was very nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, friendly hosts we have ever met. They have offered us many treats since we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view both day and night. The sea is very close and the entire coast is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

Great apartment, amazing view. The flat had everything we needed. We loved the terrace, the view was stunning. Anna was super easy to reach, and she did everything until we were fully satisfied. The location is a bit further from the city, but we were with car, so it didn’t bothered us at all. Highly recommended!

Great communication, great place, would recommend 10/10

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, it has everything you would need, in a nice neighbourhood, the hosts were nice and polite. It's also really close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is that there were no parking spaces at the building. There were some free parking spots down the street, but keep in mind that there is a steep street that you have to walk through to reach the building. Overall we had a great time here!

As soon as we walked in the door, our dear Vasili offered us a great cake. She thought of everything for our son and ours to be comfortable throughout the stay. When we left the house, he invited us to breakfast in his own house and we all had great hours together. Even after we return, we still remember you and talk about you. Glad we crossed paths. Everything is thought for great stay experience. Easy to find house. Everywhere is super clean and hygienic. But it is studio apartment so, bedrooms are not separed. For 2 families is could be inconvenient maybe.

Great! Cute and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Innovative and cozy design. A prime location in the center of everything! Free public parking next to the building. An elevator that helped us a lot to get around with the cart. Yanis and Mariana were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again. Just GREAT. The accommodation is located just outside the city center, in a quiet area and easy parking. The home was super clean, just like the listing photos and information. Stathis is very kind, with a direct response to our messages. It will definitely be our first choice on our next visit to Drama.
